New Accounts Disclosure

As an Independent Introducing Broker, AIO Capital, LLC offers multiple Futures Commission Merchants (“FCM”) clearing relationships to its customers.  An account’s funds are held with and its trades are cleared by an FCM.

AIO Capital, LLC is required to adopt and enforce certain anti-money laundering policies and procedures that include a customer identification program, and which, requires ALL customers to provide certain documents that will assist our firm in verifying an account’s true identity.

During the account opening process, expect to provide your full name, address, date of birth, and other information and documentation to support your identity.  AIO Capital, LLC and its FCM partner(s), both reserve their rights to request additional documentation and possibly deny your account if either is unable to obtain reasonable verification.
